Getting Started

One phone call is all it takes to start the process.

• General information on your care needs will be taken on an initial phone call.
• A phone assessment will be scheduled with a Companion Care Manager at a time that is most convenient for you. This call will take about twenty to thirty minutes.
• The Companion Care Patient Care Manager will evaluate your needs and set up an at home visit to recommend one of Companions Care’s three services: Companion Care, Companion Care Plus or Companion Care Medical. 
• Once we have presented to you what we feel is the best recommendation for your situation.
