The Companion Care Managers work with the Care Companions to expand the levels of compassion they bring to their clients and in turn, care giving becomes a process that enriches their own lives. In addition to the above certification each Companion Care employee undergoes a rigorous screening process which includes a three phase interview and extensive background checks and drug screenings.
